HACCP means that we have undertaken a critical review of our suppliers, premises, plant, processes and products to access any source of risk and that documented controls and checks are in place at risk points to ensure compliance to predetermined safe standards.

The HACCP standard also ensures we regularly reassess and re-validate the predetermined safe standards.
